My mom had some of her photography accepted into a show at the University of Connecticut! It's a juried show and one of her pieces received an honorable mention. Here is a link to UConn's page about the show:

Her name is Cindy Donegan and if you scroll down, you will see that she received the honorable mention for the "Pictures That Tell a Story" category. Very cool. Here is her winning photograph:

She has done extensive nature photography and also has some beautiful still life, landscape, and portrait images. For your entertainment, you can also check out all the photos she taken of me. I will not link you there, but I'm assuming you're all smart enough to find them.

In other news. . . I will be trying to put up a new "featured" photo every few days so that there is always something to catch your eye. I'm almost at a thousand page views! Exciting.
